Yes, there is accessible parking available at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum. There is a parking deck located on the south side of the building that has a limited number of accessible spots available. In addition, there are accessible spots in surrounding parking lots. Drop Off is located at the VIP entrance on Roosevelt Ave.
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the facility, nor are they permitted to leave with it.Alcohol may be served at select events. Illinois State laws prohibit the consumption of any alcoholic beverage by any persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without proper identification. Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Services animals are welcomed into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Verification is required.

When purchasing tickets in person from the Box Office, we accept all Credit Cards and Cash. However, we do NOT accept checks.

Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no inter changeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, at the request of the artist/performer/team, cameras of any type may be prohibited. Video recording devices, audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside the U.S.Cellular Coliseum at any time. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves theright to deny and electronic at their discretion.
In the rare case that an event may be cancelled, take your tickets to the point of purchase for a full refund. If you purchased tickets via Ticketmaster.com you can contact Ticketmaster at (800)-653-8000. If you purchased tickets at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum Box Office you can call (309)-434-2679 or bring them into the box office.
A ticket is required for all children who have celebrated their second birthday, unless an event requests otherwise.

Generally doors open one hour prior to each event. Please be sure to check the event information page on our website prior to attending, to ensure you know the correct time.
The U.S. Cellular Coliseum reserves the right to eject guests whose behavior is against policy,unruly and/or illegal. If you observe a guest behaving in such a manner, consult a U.S. Cellular Coliseum representative.
There are three elevators located in the venue. One VIP elevator is located behind Sections 101 and 102 on the south end of the building (facing Roosevelt Ave). A patron elevator is located behind Section 109-110 on the east side of the building (facing Madison St). A service elevator is located behind section 115on the north side of the building, but is often restricted to working personnel during events.

If medical assistance is required, notify the nearest U.S. Cellular Coliseum representative andhe/she will escort you to the first aid station. Our first aid facility is fully equipped to handle all minor injuries.

The Kitchen Cooked Guest Services Kiosk is located by the main entrance of the building behindsection 108. In addition, there are staff located throughout the building that are more than happy to assist you and your needs.

During an event, items that are lost or found will be given to the Kitchen Cooked Guest Services kiosk. At the end of the event, unclaimed lost and found items are stored in the main administration office. If you think you may have lost an item at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum, call Sandra Hastings at 309-434-2843. She will be able to assist you with any lost and found questions. All items are only stored for a month after they are found. Any unclaimed items are donated to local charities.

There are over 3,000 public parking spaces available surrounding the U.S. Cellular Coliseum in downtown Bloomington. There are three public parking garages and several other parking locations within walking distance.

The policy at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum is no re-entry. The U.S. Cellular Coliseum has this strict policy for safety reasons.
Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged. If an event cancels or postpones, please go to point of purchase for a refund, or call the Box Office at (309) 434-2679 for refund information.
All restrooms in the U.S. Cellular Coliseum are accessible to persons with disabilities. The U.S. Cellular Coliseum also has family restrooms on the main concourse and suite levels.
In response to the need for heightened security procedures, U.S. Cellular Coliseum has implemented the following policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable event experience for all guests.
The U.S. Cellular Coliseum prohibits certain items into the facility including outside food and beverages, professional cameras, weapons of any kind, chain belts, pocket knives and other hazardous or potentially dangerous items. This is at the discretion of U.S. Cellular Coliseum security personnel.
Bags no larger than 13” x 13” x 13” will be permitted inside the U.S. Cellular Coliseum. Guests who have bags larger than this size will be asked to return them to their vehicles or discard them. All bags, purses or personal items of any size will be subject to search. In the event that prohibited items are revealed during a search, the guest will be permitted to return to their vehicle or the item will be confiscated prior to entrance. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. The U.S. Cellular Coliseum is unable to store over-sized or prohibited items.
For some events, hand-held security wanding will be used on all patrons entering the facility. Guests will be required to remove hats and empty pockets of all items to be hand wanded. Some additional screening may be required.

Why are there new security procedures for U.S. Cellular Coliseum?
The mandatory introduction of bag searches and walk-through or hand held metal detectors is in line with what is becoming industry standard across NHL, MLB, NFL and NBA venues and the U.S. Cellular Coliseum is happy to comply with any enhancement that improves customer safety.
What items do I need to remove from my pockets or clothing before walking through the metal detectors?
Guests will be asked to remove all items including keys, phones, mobile devices, wallets/money clips, etc.
Do I have to remove my shoes and other metal including belts, jewelry, hair clips, etc…?
Unlike at an airport, guests will NOT be asked to remove shoes, belts, small jewelry, hair clips or small amounts of loose change during the initial screening.
What happens if an alarm sounds?
In the event that an alarm is triggered, a secondary search will be conducted by a certified security staff member.
If I am an expectant mother, do I have to pass through the wand screening process?
It is safe for expectant mothers to pass through the wand screening process.
What is the policy for children?
Children are subject to screening, however, parents with an infant may carry the baby. Baby carriers should be empty and will be wanded. Parents who are attending with small children who are able to walk on their own are invited to proceed through the checkpoints alongside their children.

Golf style umbrellas and/or umbrellas with a pointed tip are not permitted. Small, collapsible umbrellas that can fit into a purse or hand bag are permitted.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including e-cigarettes
Weapons of any type including, licensed concealed carry weapons, knives, mace, blades, tools, etc.
Drones or any other model aircraft
Hazardous items (chemicals, paints, fuels, etc.)
Any other item deemed unacceptable by U.S. Cellular Coliseum management.
In the event that items are revealed during a search, the guest will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item or the item will be confiscated. U.S. Cellular Coliseum will not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type. Building management has the sole right to determine the type of pre-event screening.
Due to the fact that these security measures may cause slight delays, fans are encouraged to arrive early to allow adequate time to enter the building.
Smoking is prohibited inside the U.S. Cellular Coliseum. An outdoor smoking deck is located near the Bud Light Lounge area (Section 105) and on the party deck on each side of the Suite Level.
